The »Robert-Schumann-Academy of Düsseldorf« has arised during its 60 years 

long history from the federation of several large private music academies. 

Along the qualification program of various studies the Academy presents 

concerts and operas regularly. The home symphonic orchestra as well as 

several choirs and ensembles rendered this institution well known to a large 

public.
